Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions.
  • Executing trade terms & conditions in modern trade chains.
  • Responding to customer inquiries about features, pricing, and services.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Managing product availability, maximizing shelf space, and POS opportunities.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Regular reporting of results.
Interactions (internal & external):
  • Collaborating with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer Service, Retailers, and 3rd party Merchandising Companies.
Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience and Education:
  • At least a secondary school degree; higher education is an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience.
  • Specific Knowledge:
  • Up-to-date market knowledge.
  • Understanding of merchandising processes.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and practices.
  • Specific Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to build relationships with key contacts.
