Job description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our offset printing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a solid understanding of offset printing processes. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow and staff in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Accountabilities

1. Supervise and coordinate all offset printing production activities to meet quality and delivery standards.
2. Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure efficient use of manpower and machinery.
3. Ensure all production targets and deadlines are met.
4. Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and materials.
5. Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to maintain high production standards.
6. Maintain proper documentation for production output, downtime, and quality control.
7. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
8. Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
9. Lead the operator team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:
