Job Purpose

This position is responsible for performing project civil Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards to meet departmental operational plans and development goals.

Key Accountability Areas
Project Quality Plan & alfanar Quality Management System
  1. Implement QMS and coordinate quality inspections with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  2. Maintain system manuals, standards, client specs, and relevant inspection documents.
  3. Verify vendor certifications and external agency approvals.
  4. Maintain quality records such as logs, reports, and NCRs.
  5. Prepare quality documents like ITP, MOS, Checklists, and weekly QA/QC reports.
  6. Implement alfanar's Lessons Learned Program to reduce punch points during project handover.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitoring & Inspections
  1. Ensure work complies with PTS, IFC drawings, and approved methods.
  2. Prepare for inspections and ensure proper work preparation.
  3. Verify material compliance and perform required tests.
  4. Conduct site inspections and maintain calibration of testing equipment.
  5. Prepare checklists and RFIs for inspections.
Coordination
  1. Coordinate with the execution team, clients, and consultants on QC matters.
  2. Follow up with testing labs and submit reports.
  3. Report quality issues to the TQM department.
Site QA/QC Reporting
  1. Report quality issues to project management and maintain traceable records.
  2. Verify test results and recommend actions.

  • Delivery: Achieve operational targets efficiently and report progress.
