Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Asset Management Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate

will play a key role in managing, tracking, and reporting on project assets across multiple infrastructure and construction sites,

ensuring accurate valuation, budgeting, and compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Valuation & Documentation: Assist in verifying, valuing, and documenting project assets across all relevant locations.
  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare and reconcile cost estimates related to asset acquisition, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date asset registers for materials, systems, and equipment.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure installed and stored assets align with project records.
  • Asset Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor procurement, allocation, usage, and decommissioning of project assets.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Assist with internal audits, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards regarding

asset management.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline asset movement and ensure

transparency in reporting.

Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in asset management within infrastructure or construction sectors. Candidates

with Gulf experience are strongly preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, contract administration, and procurement strategies.
  • Software Proficiency: Competency in MS Excel, cost estimation software, and project management tools.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal

and external stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement strategies.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, cost estimation tools, and project management software.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
