Job description

Role & Responsibility
-Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco and international HSE standards, procedures, and guidelines at project site.
-Lead hazard identification and risk assessments for all site operations and ensure implementation of appropriate control measures.
-Monitor site activities to proactively identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, or practices and take immediate corrective actions.
-Supervise the establishment and maintenance of safe temporary work areas, including permit-to-work (PTW) systems and confined space entry protocols.
-Oversee the proper storage, labeling, handling, and disposal of hazardous substances in accordance with Aramco and regulatory requirements.
-Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks; document findings and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
-Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and engineering teams to ensure integration of HSE in all phases of project execution.
-Lead incident investigations (near misses, accidents, environmental releases) and submit reports to Aramco authorities as per reporting protocols.
-Implement and manage digital safety systems and ensure accurate recording of site HSE data, permits, inspections, and observations.
-Develop and deliver emergency response plans, drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid readiness on site.
-Liaise with Aramco s HSE representatives and support compliance during audits, walkthroughs, and safety campaigns.
-Promote a strong safety culture through regular training, behavior-based safety programs, and site-wide engagement initiatives.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and dashboards for internal use and submission to Aramco.
Requirement / Qualification
Major / Degree
-The HSE Supervisor shall have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates holding a relevant degree or advanced certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields. Candidates with certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety qualifications will be highly regarded.
-The candidate must possess strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management. A comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, risk management processes, emergency response protocols, and industry-specific standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco CSM) is required.
-The HSE Supervisor must have significant experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and investigations independently, ensuring full compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. The candidate should be able to lead the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings and ensure continuous improvement in HSE practices.
-The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively conduct safety training, lead emergency drills, facilitate safety meetings, and mentor team members to ensure a strong safety culture on-site.
Expertise / Skill
-At least 7 years experience in Aramco/Satorp projects
-Extensive Knowledge of Aramco/SATORP HSE Standards: In-depth understanding of Saudi Aramco and SATORP safety regulations, contractor requirements, and project-specific safety expectations, with proven experience in their application on site.
-PTW System Management: Expert in Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including hot work, confined space entry, working at height, and other high-risk activities, ensuring compliance and control.
-Documentation & Recordkeeping: Highly skilled in managing HSE documentation, including permit logs, risk assessments, safety inspection records, audit reports, and incident investigation files, in both digital and manual systems.
-Communication & Coordination: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between cross-functional teams, contractors, and client representatives; capable of delivering clear safety instructions, briefings, and presentations.
-Leadership & Training: Proven ability to lead HSE teams, conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks, and facilitate on-site safety campaigns and emergency drills.
-Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying hazards, analyzing risks, and implementing practical, effective solutions to maintain a safe working environment.
Reference (Experience)
-Preferred experience as Aramco/SATORP project more than 7years
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
Language
Be able to read, write and speak English language
(preferences for users who speak Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic)
