Job Description
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals based on client needs and market trends.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings with client expectations.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to stay ahead and adjust strategies accordingly.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline management effectively.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their business operations through your products or services.
Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices and effective account management techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills in both Arabic and English.
Well-established network with enterprise customers in the Central Region.
Strong relationships with key technology vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, HP, Dell/EMC, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in sales within an IT System Integrator company, particularly in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or Engineering).
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and security products, with experience in selling such solutions.
Proven ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective results.
