We re looking for an Economy Designer with a strong passion for various game genres and a talent for storytelling. In this role, you ll work closely with the game team to define game mechanics, create engaging prototypes, and collaborate across disciplines to bring game design concepts to life as polished, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and balance in-game economies.
• Develop simulations and models to test, balance, and optimise game economies, targeting diverse player profiles, and updating these based on best practices.
• Produce detailed balance sheets, charts, and reports to evaluate and enhance game economic structures.
• Analyse player data to compare against simulations, identifying areas for adjustment.
• Use game KPIs to refine and optimise game balance.
• Collaborate with the development team to seamlessly integrate economic systems and features.
• Stay informed on industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze the competitive landscape for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in economy design for mobile games, with at least one launched title.
• Strong knowledge of the F2P market.
• Expertise in creating, balancing, and optimising complex economy simulations.
• Proficiency in Excel with a strong foundation in math and statistics.
• Understanding of player psychology and behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
