What you will do

The eCommerce manager will partner with cross-functional teams to maximize the online customer experience and grow Kenvue's eCommerce business, establishing Kenvue as a leader in this field. This role requires excellent communication skills for dealing with stakeholders and partners, as well as the ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include managing and developing the Kenvue eCommerce business and sales targets in the KSA cluster, following growth strategies and execution excellence set by the Head of Ecommerce-GCC and the KSA commercial Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Kenvue eCommerce business with internal and external teams, including close work with our market distributor.
• Increase sales and profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Grow our eCommerce share year-over-year.
• Remain informed of product category assortments, stock, and seasonal merchandise.
• Partner with eCommerce sites to communicate and achieve business goals, enhance relationships, and develop strategies.
• Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis internally and with partners.
• Regularly produce, analyze, and distribute site reports to leadership.
• Improve Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, and Reviews (SCANR) performance.
• Identify and engage with new eCommerce partners.
• Ensure smooth delivery of orders to eCommerce partners.
• Leverage business analysis and financial metrics to track sales, identify trends, and maximize opportunities.
• Maintain competitive intelligence on trends, pricing, and presentation techniques.
• Exhibit leadership to motivate stakeholders regarding eCommerce growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Proven eCommerce experience within the KSA market; GCC experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to educate, engage, and onboard stakeholders aligned with eCommerce objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Minimum 5 years of eCommerce experience, including at least 3 years in management, preferably in FMCG.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or eCommerce-related field.
• Proven success in developing and executing business strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of retail landscape.
• Highly adaptable with a strong sense of urgency.
• Arabic speakers from KSA preferred.
