Job Summary
The E-commerce Manager oversees the company’s online presence and digital booking platforms, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that maximizes online bookings and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with operations, customer service, and IT teams to drive revenue and enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Online Booking Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company’s digital booking and reservation systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date service listings, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for optimal user experience.
- Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and online bookings (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Manage online advertising campaigns and partnerships to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Customer Experience Optimization:
- Continuously improve the online customer journey, from booking to post-service follow-up.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as booking conversion rates, bounce rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Content & Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of online content, ensuring it aligns with brand values and service offerings.
- Manage social media presence and engage with customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online booking management, preferably in the service industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital booking platforms and e-commerce technologies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM - Hubspot).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
