Full Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon and Noon vendor/seller portals, with strong expertise in content creation, listing optimization, advertising, and account management. Excellent problem-solving skills and fluent English or Arabic communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Noon, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and high conversion rates.

2. Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, and videos) to drive traffic and boost sales.

3. Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

4. Oversee daily account operations, maintain account health, and resolve listing, order, and performance issues.

5. Analyze sales and performance data to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.

6. Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Address operational challenges related to inventory, listings, and customer feedback.

8. Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and account health.

Requirements:

1. Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

2. Proven experience in e-commerce content creation, product listing optimization, and digital advertising.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

4. Chinese is a must and Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

5. Proficiency with e-commerce tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.

6. Willingness to relocate or be assigned long-term to Saudi Arabia.
