The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving eCommerce sales execution across MENA, working closely with distributors, e-retailers, and quick commerce players to achieve revenue and volume targets. This role focuses on managing key customer relationships, optimizing assortment and pricing strategies, ensuring strong operational execution, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Own the execution of eCommerce sales plans, ensuring achievement of revenue and volume targets across Pure Play, Quick Commerce, and Bricks & Clicks.
  • Collaborate with distributors to improve product availability, order fulfillment, and service levels.
  • Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key e-retailers and quick commerce players, aligning on assortment, trade terms, and topline targets.
  • Lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring on-time adoption and availability across key e-retailers.

Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze eCommerce sales performance, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Track key online sales KPIs, including revenue, inventory availability, and promotional impact.
  • Support demand planning by ensuring accurate forecasting in alignment with financial and supply chain teams.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance inventory planning, optimize pricing, and improve promotional efficiency.

eCommerce Promotions & Sales Activation

  • Develop and execute promotional strategies tailored for e-retailers and quick commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of pricing, discounts, and promotional mechanics in collaboration with e-retailers and distributors.
  • Analyze promotion performance, optimizing investments to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance sales uplift through data-driven promotional execution.

Omnichannel Expansion & New Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new e-retailers and quick commerce partners to accelerate Clorox’s eCommerce expansion and market reach
  • Strengthen relationships with brick-and-clicks retailers to enhance online sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Distributor & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with distributor teams to enhance their eCommerce capabilities and drive execution excellence.
  • Align with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of digital shelf fundamentals, including

availability, pricing, and fulfillment.

Minimum Requirements:

Years and Type of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG out of which a minimum of 3-5 Years working on e-Commerce & Digital. Demonstrated capability of effectively developing brands via Pure Play/Marketplace retail environments; Experience with managing B&Cs + Last Milers is a positive.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

-Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with distributors and e-retailers.

-Strong financial acumen to manage trade spend and optimize profitability.

-Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders towards common objectives.

-Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external engagements.

  • Education Level/Degree: Minimum university degree holder.
  • Language Requirements: Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
