Job Responsibilities
  1. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring that product listings, pricing, and promotions are up-to-date and effectively presented to enhance the user experience and maximize conversion rates.
  2. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate digital marketing efforts, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, aimed at attracting and retaining customers, while also evaluating the performance of these channels and making data-driven adjustments.
  3. Leading digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, with the goal of customer acquisition and retention, along with constant performance analysis and data-driven refinements.
  4. Steering the e-commerce team towards efficient order fulfillment, meticulous inventory management, and outstanding customer service, with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  5. Assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly and developing comprehensive reports to offer insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and website performance, contributing to data-informed recommendations for improvements and growth initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in navigating e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is essential for successful online store management.
