Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as KAM / Sales / Marketing Manager, with 1-3 years as E-Commerce lead.
  • Proven success of E-Commerce projects.
  • Experience with B2C/B2B E-Commerce.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce landscape, activation methods and analytics.

Job description

Job Description:

To oversee & carry-out Americana Foods e-commerce operations, sales and marketing/promo activities within the respective geo while liaising with and delivering the regional team’s objectives and plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to manage the various aspects of the e-commerce business across categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead E-Commerce Operations and delivery of products Coordinate with Supply Chain and Category teams to design effective strategy for product deliverables such as delivery timelines, exchanges, returns etc. in line with agreements with online retailers
  • Lead stock planning to ensure 95% service levels across all e-commerce customers.
  • Lead development of all activities and plans for various e-commerce projects and coordinate with online retailers to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same
  • Identify areas of opportunities to develop in terms of sales campaigns, promotions, offers, featured products, online partnerships, customer service etc.
  • Develop campaign budgets and monitor adherence
  • Engage and develop business partnership with 3 sub channels online retailers and aggregators to ensure the reach of Americana Foods products are maximized
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of e-commerce platform (Including design, content, and usability) to boost company sales utilizing digital technology in line with the company’s strategic direction
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to ensure that optimum inventory level for best online selling products are maintained
  • Oversee the renewal of BDA’s with online retailers in a manner that terms and conditions are favorable to Americana Foods. Ensure that Omni Channel customer BDA include e-commerce sections.
  • Introduce sales & promotion campaigns, and exclusive offers as per the promotional calendar
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights from e-commerce Platforms
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple online channels and customer touch points
  • Measure and report performance of all online campaigns and assesses against e-commerce performance metrics to Category Head
  • Analyse online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to Category Head
  • Evaluate and benchmark competitor’s e-commerce strategy and performance to ensure Americana Foods’ remains leader within the industry in online sales
  • Introduce latest tools and techniques for tracking, analyzing e-commerce and brand performance
  • Liaise closely with regional e-com team to build the yearly/quarterly/monthly targets & budget across sub-channels/categories and to deliver the respective sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with regional team to tailor the e-com activation plans across sub-channels for the full Americana portfolio (Protein/Frozen, Grocery & Impulse) while ensuring a fitted allocation of the D&A budget.
  • Plan for the monthly forecast cycles to ensure the right levels of stocks are secured.
  • Ensure POs are received, processed, and delivered OTIF securing optimal fill rates.
  • Daily follow-up with CS team to ensure proper booking of orders (SL adherence, delivery as per allocated slots, palletization etc.) and handling of returns.
  • Collaborate with Tade/SC teams to ensure that optimum inventory levels are secured.
  • Coordinate with Accounts team to have SOAs shared, and payments collected on time with the proper reconciliations/deductions reflected.
  • Revise payment terms and credit limit based on the business needs.
  • Deploy Freezers within the PP universe to secure appropriate SOS.
  • Ensure submission & tracking of TSs while adhering to the allocated D&A.
  • Drive business cost optimization through different initiatives (shift from DSD to DC etc.)
  • Carry out the negotiation/renewals of BDAs with pure player customers ensuring favorable counterparts are locked along with a fitted allocation of targets/slabs, driving Americana’s growth ahead of the competition/categories.
  • List the fitted MSL per category along with the respective NPDs
  • Update the content across platforms (filling and sharing of NIS templates, pack shots etc.)
