Job Summary:

Responsible for driving online sales growth through effective product assortment, online merchandising, stock management, and promotional strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, upload, and manage online product assortment ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and attributes.
  • Optimize product placement across website categories, homepage, banners, and promotional sections to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Develop and execute online pricing and promotion strategies in line with inventory and margin goals.
  • Analyze sales data weekly to identify top sellers, slow movers, and propose action plans.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Content, Marketing, and CRM teams to align product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend category adjustments and opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports by category, brand, and promotion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field.
