Job description

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Review and verify material submittals, test reports, and method statements for compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC logs.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure closure of non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and ensure timely receipt of accurate test results.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Train site staff on quality control procedures and promote a culture of quality across project teams.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in quality control within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant Saudi building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CQE, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
• Transferable Iqama and availability to work in Riyadh.
