We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Training Consultant to join our growing training and development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge training programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including but not limited to machine learning, generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT), computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and an exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design:
• Design customized AI training curricula for corporate clients, government entities, and professionals.
• Develop learning paths tailored to different roles such as data scientists, business leaders, developers, and non-technical professionals.
• Training Delivery:
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training workshops and webinars on AI concepts and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Deliver live instructor-led sessions in-person and/or online.
• Content Development:
• Create high-quality training materials including slides, labs, case studies, and assessments.
• Regularly update training content to reflect emerging trends in AI.
• Client Engagement:
• Collaborate with clients to assess their AI literacy and customize training based on business needs.
• Provide post-training support including coaching, mentoring, or office hours.
• Internal Collaboration:
• Work with the business development and marketing teams to scope projects and propose training solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership (blogs, white papers, events) on AI education and ethics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML industry or academic training.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and data analysis.
• Experience in developing and delivering adult education or corporate training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks, Python, and cloud AI tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Preferred:

• Experience in instructional design or e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate).
• Familiarity with AI use cases in sectors like finance, health, government, and education.
• Certifications in AI/ML from platforms like Coursera, Google, Microsoft, or AWS.
