This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace provides project management consultancy services.

- Lead refurbishment projects involving high-end interior finishes.
- Act as the operational manager for design managers or other design resources deployed on projects.
- Deliver design management to achieve strategic outcomes and KPIs, influencing development directly.
- Maintain relationships as the main client contact for design issues.
- Develop and execute annual business plans within set deadlines and budgets.
- Manage design resources and daily operations across projects.
- Present management review data and KPIs to leadership teams.
- Support business development and work-winning activities.
- Lead relevant training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to management systems and project roles.
- Serve as the focal point for design-related matters.
- Recommend and implement changes to delivery plans, develop new management tools, and optimize processes.
- Support procurement, contractual, and legal aspects of projects.
- Promote technical excellence and effective communication.
- Collaborate with project management office teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.
- Seek knowledge through company resources and the Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Work towards net zero carbon goals, managing associated emissions and reductions.

Requirements:
- Possess the necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant experience on high-value projects or programs within a project management consultancy, suitable for immigration and client approval.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent).
- Have at least five years of PMC experience in the GCC region, demonstrating expertise in project management consultancy.
