A transformative destination in Saudi Arabia is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Development to lead the planning and execution of large-scale, IP-based theme park, resort, and entertainment projects. This high-impact leadership role offers a rare opportunity to shape world-class attractions at the forefront of innovation, culture, and guest experience.

As Senior Director of Development, you will drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of multi-asset projects, from concept through delivery, ensuring seamless integration of creative vision, commercial viability, and operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, your strategic insight will be instrumental in bringing landmark entertainment assets to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and development execution of major theme park and leisure assets, including rides, resorts, and hotels.
