Job description

Job Description
  1. Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure efficiency and adherence to operating procedures and policies.
  2. Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to support team development.
  3. Promote SPL's values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture within the organization.
  4. Support project governance standards across the IT portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and facilitating communication on project deliverables.
  5. Assist in defining project scope, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting project milestones.
  6. Work with leadership to manage vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs and business needs.
  7. Identify opportunities for third-party resources, and develop recommendations for new or optimized vendor partnerships.
  8. Collaborate with the Strategy Team to manage technology adoption and ensure adherence to project management frameworks.
  9. Contribute to vendor review and selection processes, including RFP development and evaluation criteria.
  10. Assist in developing project budgets, comparing proposals, and selecting cost-effective suppliers.
  11. Support bidding processes and contract negotiations to establish vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
  12. Analyze opportunities for cost reduction and collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams on vendor engagement.
  13. Prepare accurate reports to meet SPL and department standards.
  14. Engage proactively with clients to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  15. Participate in process reviews to improve client relationship management and customer experience.
  16. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, considering global standards and cost efficiency.
