Job Description
- Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure efficiency and adherence to operating procedures and policies.
- Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to support team development.
- Promote SPL's values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture within the organization.
- Support project governance standards across the IT portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and facilitating communication on project deliverables.
- Assist in defining project scope, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting project milestones.
- Work with leadership to manage vendor relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for third-party resources, and develop recommendations for new or optimized vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Team to manage technology adoption and ensure adherence to project management frameworks.
- Contribute to vendor review and selection processes, including RFP development and evaluation criteria.
- Assist in developing project budgets, comparing proposals, and selecting cost-effective suppliers.
- Support bidding processes and contract negotiations to establish vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
- Analyze opportunities for cost reduction and collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams on vendor engagement.
- Prepare accurate reports to meet SPL and department standards.
- Engage proactively with clients to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Participate in process reviews to improve client relationship management and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, considering global standards and cost efficiency.
