Job description

As a QHSE Officer, you are responsible for implementing and improving QHSE processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with international standards.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake QHSE inspections internally and externally as per the approved inspection program of the company.
  2. Develop, facilitate, and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.
  3. Prepare written reports concerning all issues, observations, and corrective actions that should be taken.
  4. Coordinate first aid, fire, medical, and other HSE-related rescue operations and facilitate the efficient execution of emergency responses.
Skills:
  1. Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  4. Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 or equivalent.
