Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Senior MEP Operations Hubs Manager for our Infrastructure and Bulk Utilities Assets role. This position is crucial for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design aspects of our major infrastructure projects.

The Senior MEP Operations Hubs Manager will work closely with various engineering and design teams to ensure that all MEP elements of the bulk utilities infrastructure meet project specifications, timelines, and sustainability goals. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions and ensure that all designs comply with local codes and best practices.

Additionally, your role will encompass the management of design consultants and their deliverables, as well as ensuring effective coordination between different disciplines to achieve an integrated design approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in MEP design management, specifically within infrastructure and bulk utilities projects
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design management for bulk utilities assets (Potable Water, Pumps, TSE, Gas Farm and District Cooling).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes and adherence to stringent engineering standards
  • Proficient in design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering applications
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead teams and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in MEP design
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward achieving common goals
  • Knowledge of current trends in MEP design and technology, particularly in sustainability and energy efficiency
