As a Product Owner at Ekar, you will play a key role in shaping our car sharing platform's future. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience, driving innovation, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the car sharing industry.
• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful implementation of features.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• User Experience and Design:
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Analytics and Data-Driven Decisions:
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize features, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Project Management:
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Work with development and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime during releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the transportation or sharing economy sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and product management software.
