Job Description
  • Coordinate the allocation of maintenance manpower and costs.
  • Responsible for engineering and CAPEX related to the unit.
  • Manage facilities maintenance of the business unit.
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure utilities (water, steam, energy) usage meets demand and supply requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ICM elements, including orders, notifications, confirmation hours, processing days, and notification handling.
  • Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions on mechanical, electrical, and utility work/tasks in the plant.
  • Coordinate implementation of maintenance, improvement projects related to mechanical, electrical, and utilities in the department.
  • Evaluate, supervise, and approve maintenance plans and projects conducted by external firms, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures, including layouts, flowcharts, critical process points, operation parameters, and electrical drawings.
  • Manage legal compliance and mandatory inspections of critical equipment and systems.
  • Control utility expenses within the budget.
Academic Background
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
