Overview:

The Site Acquisition Principal Engineer is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable locations for deploying ADC's telecom infrastructure. This role ensures that site acquisitions comply with regulatory and technical requirements while aligning with project timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecom infrastructure deployment, ensuring they meet technical, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  2. Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for ADC.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to assess the feasibility and suitability of proposed sites.
  4. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, zoning, and environmental guidelines for site acquisitions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of site acquisition activities, including agreements and permits.
  6. Address and resolve issues related to site acquisitions, including disputes with property owners or regulatory authorities.
  7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate the development and readiness of acquired sites.
  8. Prepare regular progress reports on site acquisition activities, highlighting challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies.
