Job Summary :

We are seeking an invoicing officer responsible for issuing invoices to customers based on material and service deliveries, and following up through customers' procedures and gateways until payments are received.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Handle third-party invoicing to customers.
2. Ensure all billing documents comply with SOX guidelines and customer requirements.
3. Research and resolve issues promptly.
4. Perform copying, scanning, and mailing duties.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies :

• Communication: Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking). Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good listening skills and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team player, shows initiative and assertiveness, takes responsibility for own work.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems; JDE or TAT experience is a plus.

Experience and Education :

• Experience with Aramco ESV invoicing system.
• Finance educational background.
• 3-5 years of invoicing experience.
