https://careers.atkinsrealis.comKnowledge and Experience:- The Asset officer shall demonstrate their experience of making informed decisions around assets that consider cost, risk, and service with particular emphasis on 'green' assets.
- We are looking for tangible experience of continuous improvement in operating and maintenance activities of the asset management process, demonstrating practices that can significantly impact asset lifecycle costs, management of risk, and service delivery performance.
- The Asset officer shall align the strategy and direction for operational assets with the strategic objectives. Their focus shall primarily be on policy, planning and assessment to ensure value is realized from 'green' assets.
- The Asset officer shall be familiar with ISO 55001 as the coordinated activities of Green Riyadh to realize lifecycle value for the project in the delivery of its objectives.
- In addition to the development of an Asset Management Plan, the Asset Officer will implement and maintain the Asset Management Data Base and undertake Asset Condition Reports to verify the performance of the subcontracted supply chain and their contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:- Manages project assets according to the investment preferences and overall goals of the project.
- Extensive experience in asset management including asset transfer, asset capture and data collection, condition reporting of 'green' asset management & CAFM systems. Strong technical knowledge of Asset Policy, Plans & Procedures development with emphasis on 'green' assets.
- Lead on enhancing the service offering to add value to the operations & maintenance activities of project through its subcontracted supply chain.
- Lead in development of project Asset Policies and Asset Management Plan.
- Support in the deployment of digital solutions, facilitate user acceptance testing and provide training sessions.
- Plan and deliver asset survey activities on asset condition and data collection.
- Develop progress reports, risk, and issues registers for the project.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and present data findings/outcomes at senior level.

- Excellent communication skills especially in presentation format and report writing.
Qualification & Requirements- Higher Diploma in Engineering or Technical discipline
- Over 10 years' experience
LanguageRequired: Read, Write and converse in English with clear natural sound
