Job description

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead growth initiatives across KSA for a leading global provider of digital learning solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of learning and development systems, digital learning content, and institutional partnerships.

Client Details

Our client is a global leader in the Ed-tech and E-learning space. They provide a wide range of trainings and accreditations to corporate and government clients globally. They are currently expanding actively and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in KSA.

Description

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government and corporate learning sectors in KSA.
  2. Drive market expansion strategy through partner networks, B2B relationships, and direct institutional engagement.
  3. Collaborate with product, marketing, and curriculum teams to tailor solutions for regional market needs.
  4. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, tenders, and presentations to key decision-makers.
  5. Monitor sales performance, report on pipeline health, and deliver accurate forecasts.
  6. Represent the organization at expos, conferences, and industry networking events.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager in KSA should have:

  1. Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within edtech, HR tech, E-learning, or certifications industries.
  2. Strong network across the GCC corporate sector or government-related institutions is a plus.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strategic partnerships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Strong network of HR, L&D, and Business Leaders (decision makers).
  6. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
