We're looking for a Corporate Law & Compliance Specialist for the rapidly scaling Post Setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions, where we support the long-term growth of leading companies in the Gulf. Our Post Setup business line is based out of our coworking space in Riyadh, a thriving business hub with 200+ companies.

Our specialized, on the ground team have streamlined regulatory compliance, from the renewals of company licenses and documentation to Saudization and governmental portal management. We also offer HR and PRO services to take care of the administrative needs of our clients as they scale in the Kingdom. The delivery of such client services is one of the most important aspects of the companies business journeys and directly impacts their operations and growth in KSA and UAE..

Who You Are

As our Corporate Law & Compliance Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring legal and operational compliance for our clients in Saudi Arabia. This role combines commercial law expertise with hands-on involvement in service delivery across HR, GRO, and PRO functions.

You'll be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory changes, and supporting legal amendments to business documentation and licenses. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and confident in making judgment calls that balance legal risk with business needs.

What You'll Do

Commercial Law - Contracts

• Negotiate contract changes with clients and decide which ones can be approved and which need to be escalated (e.g., liability-related changes)
• Identify gaps and compliance issues in client contracts and suggest amendments

Service Delivery

• Liaise directly with clients to ensure their licensed business activities match their actual business model and planned operations in KSA and UAE.
• Amend MISA licenses, Commercial Registration and Articles of Association while insuring compliance with local regulations
• Issue work policies in Qiwa
• Terminate employee contracts in Qiwa and deactivation from GOSI

Regulatory study

• Stay abreast of changing regulations and provide analysis on how these regulations impact service delivery for HR, PRO, GRO services
• Transfer knowledge / Regulatory changes to relevant teams
• Maintain a glossary of updated laws and regulations related to company formation and HR regulations

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Law is highly desirable
• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate law
• Knowledge of Corporate law and company formation regulations in KSA and UAE
• Knowledge of labor law and national HR regulations in KSA
• Experience in auditing contracts
• Experience in navigating key government portals to support service delivery of HR, PRO, GRO services in KSA
• Experience in amending MISA licenses, Commercial Registration and Articles of Association in KSA
• Ability to function independently and take informed and legally compliant decisions
• Ability to flag legal inconsistencies and gaps in client contracts and advise accordingly
