Job description

We are looking for R&P Fitters

Skills required:

1. Good knowledge of R&P ship/rigs repair best practices.
2. Understanding of propulsion/shafting, steering gear, thrusters, fin stabilizers, stern tubes, and propellers.
3. Rigging skills, blue fitting, planning of work and resource allocation.
4. Tooling and torquing knowledge.
5. Alignment and measurement control.
6. Hardworking, physically fit, able to work in extreme climatic conditions and confined spaces.
7. Ability to understand basic commands.

Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in a ship repair yard at R&P heavy-duty workshop or onboard vessels.
