Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic E-Commerce Executive professionals who pride themselves on online content management and providing creative solutions to manage web traffic.

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will assist the Marketing & Communication Team in seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the SEO of the Rotana website to generate revenue for the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in developing strategies to increase traffic through online channels, thereby improving overall revenue and key financial and customer metrics.
  2. Evaluating the performance of our branded website and suggesting improvements to enhance the hotel's online presence, increase bookings, and ensure the website remains up-to-date.
  3. Managing the property's active presence on all social media platforms to maximize online exposure.
  4. Developing and maintaining online channels and e-newsletters, ensuring content accuracy and brand compliance according to company standards.
  5. Conducting regular quality assurance audits on the hotel's descriptive content and images to maintain consistency across channels and alignment with the brand website.
  6. Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and monitoring the online presence and rate positioning of competitors.
Skills and Qualifications

Education, Qualifications & Experiences: You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communication, with experience in a similar field preferred. Proficiency in computer literacy and effective communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
