You’ll be responsible for:
  • Directing the Mace Logistics team and supply chain, accountable for project costs and budgets, ensuring a quality service is provided, and ensuring works are planned and monitored.
  • Developing key working relationships with Principal Contractors site management and tier 1 suppliers.
  • Overseeing health safety, wellbeing and environmental requirements of the logistic subcontract package aligned with Principal Contractors and client expectations.
  • Monitoring activities of Mace Logistics suppliers and reviewing changes to Mace Logistics scope, notifying the commercial manager of changes to scope.
  • Ensuring daily and weekly activities are performed to ensure successful delivery of service.
  • Partnering with principal contractors site management team, collaborating with tier 1 suppliers, overseeing the monitoring and assessment of needs and benefits, ensuring work is captured and in accordance with contract documentation.
  • Collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders, developing effective working relationships, overseeing service delivery and service innovation.
  • Being responsible for optimal workforce levels and site operations, ensuring a competent and safe working environment.
  • Ensuring that the monitoring and reporting of waste trends, traffic flows and delivery quantities are undertaken with an aim to improving productivity.
  • Overseeing site cleaning operation and waste suppliers to agreements.
  • Driving the overseeing and management of asset registers for plant & equipment, ensuring regular completion of audits and monitoring of assets.
  • Directing the retention of health & safety file documentation ensuring all statutory requirements are achieved.
  • Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
  • Driving transformational change.
  • Being accountable for the Mace logistics contract costs and budget.
  • Contributing/inputs into project logistics and traffic management strategy development, developing plans and overseeing the delivery and managing delivery of the logistic service provision.

You’ll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Member of a relevant professional body.
