Job Title: Customs Clearance & Transportation Branch Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customs Clearance & Transportation Branch Manager to lead our operations in Dammam. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of customs clearance, logistics, and transportation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily operations of the customs clearance and transportation branch.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and clients.

- Oversee documentation, tariff classifications, duty/tax calculations, and timely clearance of shipments.

- Monitor logistics and transportation activities to ensure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.

- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and drive branch growth.

- Resolve any operational issues, delays, or disputes with stakeholders.

- Prepare reports on branch performance, KPIs, and financial metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or transportation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- In-depth knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, import/export procedures, and Incoterms.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
