Job description

What you need to fulfill the role
  1. Outgoing and results-driven: You should have high energy, a strong drive, and a hunter mentality to deliver results.
  2. Persuasive skills: Ability to sell effectively, with high networking and negotiation skills.
  3. Positive attitude: A can-do attitude, capable of working autonomously and stepping out of your comfort zone.
  4. Customer-focused: Constantly follow up and motivate clients with a positive, flexible, and problem-solving approach. Willingness to travel is required.
  5. Language skills: Fluent in English and Arabic; both languages are mandatory.
  6. Construction background: Not mandatory but considered a plus.
  7. Sales experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales of SaaS solutions.
Recruitment process

After an initial discussion with HR in English, you will meet your future manager, followed by a case study discussion with your future team. Successful candidates will then meet the Head of Sales for the Dubai/KSA Area. The recruitment process aims to be quick, lasting 2 to 3 weeks maximum.
