We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your role involves executing sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of managerial and departmental executives for effective client servicing, target achievement, and maximizing productivity.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  3. Establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  4. Promoting and generating sales leads within your respective areas.
  5. Providing feedback on market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail.
  6. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in managing the accounts system.
  7. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree in sales with at least two years of post-graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry. Computer literacy, excellent presentation skills, and strong communication skills in English are essential; additional languages are an asset.
