Job Overview

The Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading merchandising execution, driving KPIs, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations to management. This includes modifying displays, managing store locations, and overseeing the performance of the Merchandisers team. The role also involves managing relationships with third-party merchandising companies, monitoring their performance, and controlling payment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan.
  • Merchandise SSFL products within your OT stores at various access points, shelves, stands, and floor displays.
  • Manage placement of POS materials next to SSFL displays.
  • Ensure all access points are merchandised as per planograms.
  • Rotate products using FIFO and remove sub-standard items.
  • Maintain clean, fresh stock of SSFL products on shelves.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities.
  • Report deviations from agreed terms with OT customers/outlets.
  • Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns when required.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
  • Develop best-in-class Merchandisers model, JP, and capabilities.
  • Own merchandiser trackers and KPIs.
  • Act as the focal person with merchandiser suppliers.
  • Lead regional merchandisers' supervision.
  • Ensure execution discipline and quality.
  • Track and monitor performance KPIs.
  • Report and address merchandiser headcount gaps.
