The Senior Manager will play a critical role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM The LINE, reporting directly to the Director of City Design Integration. This role involves overseeing the design work by the City Asset Design Architect related to public open spaces and primary circulation, ensuring these elements meet client requirements and support the overall city performance.

What You'll Do:



  1. Lead the management of design activities for the public realm, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  2. Serve as the primary contact between the City Design Integration team and the Architectural Consultant responsible for key assets.
  3. Oversee the Architectural Consultant’s work, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure design deliverables meet NEOM The LINE’s standards.
  4. Collaborate with other design teams, including Urban Realm, Infrastructure, Anchor Asset, and Community designers, to integrate public realm design into the broader cityscape.
  5. Manage the design process from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  6. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for city public realm design that align with NEOM The LINE’s vision.
  7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design challenges, maintaining cohesive and aligned city public realm design.
  8. Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
