Accreditation Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Set up a strong and consistent management team and organization chart submitted as part of bidding documentation.
2. A project lead with significant large-scale project experience to ensure the quality and delivery of the service.
3. The project lead must attend the meetings as necessary or as requested.
4. Develop a detailed operational plan to ensure an understanding of the project and should be submitted as part of bidding documentation.
5. Develop all necessary contingency plans and participate in test and readiness exercises and operational rehearsals as will be required by the event test and readiness plans.
