The Job in a Nutshell

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager with over 8-10 years of experience in the Software & SaaS industry. This individual will oversee end-to-end Salesforce projects, utilizing expertise across all Salesforce modules, technologies, and tools. The candidate should have a proven track record managing projects from inception to go-live, covering areas like pre-sales, sales, after-sales, Quote-to-Cash, self-service, field service, e-commerce, and complex integrations.

What You Will Do

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  2. Develop and implement a strategic Salesforce CRM roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deploy Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  1. Project Management:
  2. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to deployment and support.
  3. Ensure multiple projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  1. Salesforce Expertise:
  2. Drive adoption and optimize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Digital Cloud, and others.
  3. Architect and execute integrations with third-party systems to extend system capabilities.
  1. Team Leadership:
  2. Manage and mentor CRM developers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
  3. Improve testing and QA processes to ensure high-quality solutions.
  4. Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.
  1. Business Acumen:
  2. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet needs.
  3. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Software & SaaS, focusing on Salesforce CRM management.
  • Experience managing and mentoring development and QA teams.
  • Hands-on Salesforce development and customization experience across modules.
  • Proven success with Quote-to-Cash, self-service, and field service processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integrations and multi-stakeholder project management.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect) or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
