Join our team as a SCADA Operator (Airport BHS / Industrial Automation) in Riyadh, KSA.

What are my responsibilities?
  1. Monitor and control BHS operations to ensure smooth baggage flow with minimal or no interruptions.
  2. Supervise all operations and maintenance activities to achieve system availability targets in designated areas.
  3. Implement fallback procedures during system interruptions or breakdowns.
  4. Maintain proper communication from the control room to field staff for fault diagnosis and resolution.
  5. Provide technical advice during system anomalies to assist operational decisions.
  6. Ensure proper shift handovers with complete documentation of ongoing activities and issues.
  7. Log daily activities and anomalies accurately in the logbook.
  8. Adhere to airport and HSE department requirements, ensuring safety procedures are followed and SOPs are maintained.
  9. Follow occupational health, safety, security, environment, and quality protocols as per the project plans.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation, IT, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Baggage Handling Systems or industrial automation plants.
  • Technical knowledge of SCADA systems.
