Tahaluf is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving cost efficiencies, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting our Operations and Marketing teams to focus on delivering world-class events. As a key player in our organisation, you will be integrated into the existing Procurement team, overseeing procurement, legal, and financial administration.

What you will do

  • Lead procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and maximize value across all business functions.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Streamline procurement workflows to reduce administrative load on Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain a compliant supplier base; negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Develop and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, framework agreements, and rate cards across multiple portfolios.
  • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation, in collaboration with Finance.
  • Prepare RFPs and tender documents, conduct cost benchmarking, and lead supplier negotiations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor procurement performance, supply chain risks, and cost trends through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to unify procurement practices and leverage economies of scale across events.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks while upholding quality and compliance standards.

What success will look like

  • Deliver measurable cost savings across key procurement categories.
  • Reduce reliance on single-source quotations by expanding competitive sourcing practices.
  • Increase the utilization of vetted local suppliers to support regional efficiency and sustainability.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Production teams.
  • Improve compliance with internal financial policies, procurement regulations, and supplier contract terms.
  • Secure long-term agreements with preferred suppliers, incorporating favorable rates and extended payment terms.
  • Achieve targeted reductions in operational net spend through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Eliminate procurement-related delays, ensuring on-time delivery of all goods and services for event production.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and secure Value-In-Kind (VIK) partnerships to offset costs.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or event production & operations
  • Strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management
  • Ability to anticipate logistical challenges and proactively manage deadlines
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reconciliation
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Knowledge of the KSA/GCC market and event industry best practices
  • Fluency in English and Arabic

  • Paid flight home for individual and end of service gratuity payment when leaving the company (if applicable)

Local Relocation Package*:

  • Paid flight to Riyadh – individual and family (up to a max of three children)
  • 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from arrival date or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
  • Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs
