Job Description

Hosuk Travels is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is essential in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting internal users with hardware and software needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, network connectivity problems, and application malfunctions.
• Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups across systems.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track service logs.

• Ensure data protection measures and support IT policy compliance.

Requirements:
