About Our Client

Our client is a large-scale development aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The company supports the development of world-class tourism, real estate, and infrastructure for a significant historic site, from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements. Help identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites.
  2. Serve as the liaison between Head Office and the commission for specific requirements.
  3. Provide assistance across the organization and support peers when needed to perform their duties.
  4. Perform other activities as required by the board, CEO, or relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure timely reporting of asset performance and contribute to weekly, monthly, and BoD reports for the assigned portfolio under AMA.
  6. Ensure regular property visits and reporting to manage and execute strategies effectively.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Additional professional certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
