What does this role involve day to day?
  1. Receptionist: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, and performing various front desk duties.
  2. Administration: Overseeing communication for the JCB Arabia Office, responding to online inquiries, organizing meetings, managing the team's travel schedule, maintaining the office SharePoint, and filing documents.
  3. Office Manager: Overseeing office supplies and equipment upkeep, as well as tracking invoices and budgets.
  4. Team Assistant: Assisting with travel arrangements for flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing all logistics for executive visits.
  5. Government portals management: GOSI, QIWA, Muqeem.
  6. Monitoring business publications for pertinent news regarding projects or competitor activities.
  7. Compiling reports for the team as needed.
  8. Assisting with data entry and presentations when necessary.
  9. Managing databases as required.
This will be suited to you if
  • You're fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You're a proficient MS Office user and have general IT skills.
  • You have good attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You're highly adaptable and work well with others.
