Job Title: Assistant Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:

Manage, lead, and improve all engineering aspects and theories related to manufacturing processes.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Policies and Procedures: Applying policies and issuing technical procedures.
  2. Core Responsibilities: Leading technical solutions within the factory and overseeing CAPEX implementation.
  3. Staff Development: Assigning technical staff for training courses to enhance skills.
  4. Other Responsibilities: Performing additional duties as assigned, beyond the above accountabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in motor repair or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English.
