The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BCom/BE/BTech or equivalent), proficiency in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills. They should be able to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in different areas as required by training needs.

The candidate must be an Arabic speaker with professional English skills and be available to work in different shifts. The role involves working with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates to improve long-term capabilities and operational metrics. Responsibilities include delivering network standard training, coaching associates, managing training compliance, and partnering with leaders to enhance training processes.
