Job description

· Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

· Manage influencer communication and coordinate trips.

· Possess excellent knowledge of market research techniques and databases (Newsletter, Database, E-Marketing).

· Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather critical data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).

· Create and manage content effectively.

· Brainstorm and develop ideas for innovative marketing campaigns.

· Support outbound and inbound marketing activities with expertise in areas like website content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning.

· Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance brand awareness and marketing efforts.

· Plan and implement initiatives to reach target audiences through suitable channels (social media, email marketing, etc.).

· Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing, sales campaigns, and marketing/distribution strategies.

· Develop reports and presentations on findings, create graphics to visualize key information, and translate complex data into understandable formats.

· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and liaising with external groups and hotels.

· Manage promotional budgets effectively.

· Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Define ROI for all marketing campaigns.

· Plan and execute local product launches, reporting on market size, uptake, share, and sales expectations.

· Oversee social media management across all company accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms).

· Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools is mandatory.

· Experience in the tourism industry is preferred.

· Report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

· Handle graphic design tasks.

· Manage all social media accounts and advertising platforms.

· Communicate and manage relationships with influencers.
