Job Role:
Will assist in the procurement of goods and services required for company operations. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate documentation through AX system.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, track deliveries.
- Compare quotes and negotiate terms to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management over AX to meet Production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:0–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role (internship experience is a plus).
- Skills
- Basic understanding of procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., AX)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
