Job description

• Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
• Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
• Supervising the development of work plans and general strategies for production and maintenance.
• Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
• Organizing the workflow between material requirements and production.
• Directing and leading the technical aspects of production and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
• Understand and analyze the current state; work to establish standardized processes as the basis of continuous improvement, by understanding the current processes in place, and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each to identify areas of improvement.
• Problem Identification; Build a quality process that surfaces problems and tackles them in real-time.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience– Business, Technical, Engineering or related field.
• Experience Needed : not less than5 years’ experience as a Factory Manager.
• Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team building skills.
• Results and objectives oriented.
• Well organized, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labor and workers.
