Project Planning Engineer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Conditions: 25.000 SAR/month total package

Are you a seasoned Planning Engineer with a passion for precision and coordination? We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer to join a dynamic team involved in high-impact projects. If you’re experienced in developing detailed project schedules and aligning stakeholders toward successful project delivery—this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to define project goals, milestones, and resource needs.
• Monitor performance and progress, tracking KPIs to detect risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead regular schedule reviews, addressing deviations, and ensuring execution aligns with objectives.
• Analyse project data and prepare clear and insightful reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and enhance planning methodologies.
• Align project schedules with stakeholder expectations, contractual timelines, and financial targets.
• Guide and train project teams in planning tools and best practices to foster planning excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like PMP are a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in project planning, ideally within the consulting or construction sectors.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and infographics tools.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and scheduling techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
