An Associate is a mid-senior level position within the Consulting Division (SCON) and is considered part of the leadership team within SCON. The role involves leading and managing consulting assignments across the MENA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long-lasting relationships with clients, driving business development, collaborating with various departments within JLL, cross-selling services, and supporting the SCON Head in administrative matters related to receivables and team management.

What this job involves

1. Business Development & Customer Relationship Management

• Understanding real estate needs of prospective clients and defining suitable products to respond professionally.
• Leading review, analysis, and development of strategies for new business opportunities.
• Driving business development initiatives by building close relationships with clients and securing fee-earning assignments.
• Supporting the Head of Department (HOD) in leading the CRM function for SCON clients.

Execution of Assignments

• Ensuring the execution of deliverables as per offers and task allocations within the consulting team.
• Promoting cooperation between offices for client interests.
• Supervising financial modeling and analysis.
• Developing innovative project development models.

Teamwork

• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Leading by example and fostering a customer-centric culture.
• Adhering to the corporate Code of Business Ethics.

Desired skills and experience for this job

• 7–10 years’ experience in consulting or real estate preferred.
• Relevant Master’s degree in finance, economics, or business preferred.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Results-oriented and goal-driven.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen.
